Your Entire Wedding Video will be Fully Edited in Post Production. Your Wedding Video will include an Opening Title, Scene Transitions, and Custom Music Overlay, Ending Title, Custom DVD Menu / Chapter Markers. All of the Wedding Video Footage I shoot will be utilized in your Final Wedding Video DVD Collection Set. You will actually receive more Wedding Video Footage of your Wedding Day as a result of my special editing technique. Plus you will receive an Extra Wedding Highlight Video set to Music. The Wedding Highlight Video is Packed with "The Most Exciting and Memorable Moments of your Beautiful Wedding Day." You be able to Select 15 songs to be included as a background audio track to complement your impressive Wedding Highlight Video.

Over all, I will arrive to your wedding early before your wedding ceremony begins. I will attempt to capture the pre-wedding family video of the bride with close family, relatives and guests interacting with one another. The entire wedding ceremony will be filmed on a high definition video camera, with wireless microphone for audio/sound enhancing the quality of the wedding vows if applicable during your wedding vows. Your processional, recessional and receiving line, video coverage of table settings, flower arrangements, wedding cake, decorations, signing book, gift table. In addition, I will attempt to capture video footage of your photographers photo session, first dance, best-man toast, bride and groom visiting tables interacting with guests, dancing with guests, parents dancing with bride and groom, cake cutting ceremony, garter and bouquet toss. You also may request to have on-camera interviews with friends and family at no additional cost. Please provide me with a list of guests that you would like to be interviewed prior to your wedding or point out which guests to be interviewed during your wedding reception. I will encourage all persons to be interviewed to please use good judgement and be respectful of the bride and groom on-camera. If your reception is at different location other than your ceremony you may incur a small additional charge, but only if there is an unreasonable distance for travel or if your reception does not immediately follow your wedding ceremony. A travel fee outside of Jacksonville is $50.-$75. up to 75 miles. A full mass wedding ceremony is an additional $90. flat fee, but you will receive 6 extra DVD copies as well. I will always use nearly all the raw footage taken from your wedding video. I will create more footage for you to view and enjoy from my editing process. I will make an additional highlight video separate from your wedding video. Your wedding highlight video will have music overlay similar to a music video. Please select 15 songs from either; my music selection, your own music selection that you will provide me, or a combination of both music selections. I have plenty of classic music for you to choose from. Your wedding video DVD disc set will consist of a Part 1 and a Part 2, plus a wedding highlight video, with the total amount consisting of a 18 DVD disc set. The estimated length of each wedding video disc will run between 50 to 60 minutes more or less. Your highlight video will run approximately 40 - 60 minutes more or less. Your family and friends will have the benefit of viewing the just the highlight portion of your wedding video with music overlay and scene transitions. To view your entire version of your wedding video, simply continue watching the entire DVD set. I will edit your wedding video immediately after your wedding so that you may enjoy your seeing your wedding video within one week. You may pickup your DVD copies at my location or you may have your own courier pickup your DVD copies at your own expense. Your 18 DVD wedding video disc set will come in individual soft white 1-2 Disc Safety Sleeve inserts. The DVD copies are all labeled directly onto the DVD by way of a DVD Disc Painter. You are responsible for the delivery or pickup of your DVD disc set. You have the rights to all of your wedding DVD video footage. I will allow you to do as you wish with your own wedding video material. I may choose to publish a sample of your wedding to show as a demo on my website. If you have any further questions. please feel free to contact me via phone or email. I have covered everything in my contract that I usually cover during a typical wedding day. Naturally all weddings are unique in their own special way. Please submit your own wedding details that you wish to be included in your contract via email. I will copy and paste all emailed suggestions onto your wedding contract. As long as your request is reasonable, there should not be any additional charges for adding any special request to the wedding video contract.

Required wedding details:
I am aware that many of you are very busy or perhaps you may reside in another state. Please provide me with the "required weddings details" via email. Please include that you request my videography services, correct spelling of the first and last name of both the bride and groom, cell phone numbers, exact name and location of your wedding ceremony and reception, include zip codes, wedding ceremony and reception start time and the reception finish time. With your permission, I will paste your "required wedding details" requesting my videography services onto the wedding video contract, validating our contract agreement between us. I will include my name; Brent Nicholaysen and my expressed intent to preform videography services for your wedding on your wedding date in our agreement. I will hold your wedding date for a reasonable amount of time to allow for your deposit to reach me by mail. This contract will be fully honored when I have received your required deposit disclosed in our agreement. Your canceled check also confirms our agreement between yourself and myself, Videographer Brent Nicholaysen. Please email me your "required wedding details" as I have clearly expressed in our wedding agreement. I will paste your "required wedding details" below. I will email you the completed wedding contract version. Please download the attached document containing your wedding contract. All Video Productions Include Professional 3CCD High Definition Video Cameras and Equipment Brent Nicholaysen Makes No Guarantees For Your Recording. Please understand that Brent Nicholaysen makes no guarantees for your recordings in cases where images and/or sound were not recorded as intended due to problems with the camera-recorder or SD/SDHC Memory Cards or Damaged DVD stock. As a precaution I will attempt to use a 2 camera setup that consists of a primary 1st camera and secondary backup video camera. The 2nd backup camera is set upon a stationary tripod during the event. The audio, white balance, focus and iris are all in an auto fixed setting. The primary 1st camera and secondary backup camera will record audio and video simultaneously during all wedding events attempting to capture the entire wedding ceremony, bride and groom entrance into the reception hall, first dance, dance with parents, best-man toast, cake cutting ceremony, garter and bouquet.
